Introduction

Part of our service is helping you find simpler ways to manage your medication. This includes PillPouch, a type of pill organiser available for free through the NHS. If our consultation suggests that this would be an appropriate option for you, we will offer your medications in a community dosage system. This plastic container is divided into 7 columns to represent the days of the week. Each column has four rows to allow for up to four separate doses a day (such as one at breakfast, one at lunch and one at dinner).

Service Description

We will deliver your medications in the community dosage system directly to your home every week. Our pharmacist will enquire about your family and medical history, as well as your current lifestyle, so they can be more precise in adapting the service to your specific needs.

Price: Eligible patients receive the service for free.
