LOW MOOD / ANXIETY

Take a moment to ask yourself these questions honestly:

Frequently Asked Questions
TRT is a medical treatment designed to restore healthy testosterone levels in men with deficiencies. It can help reduce issues such as tiredness, low sex drive, mood changes, weight gain, and muscle loss, supporting overall wellbeing and quality of life.
We provide testosterone in the form of capsules, injections, and gels. Each method has its own advantages depending on medical needs and personal preference. During your first consultation, a specialist will review your blood results and symptoms before recommending the most appropriate treatment plan tailored to you.
Before beginning treatment, one of our clinical experts will carefully review your medical history and current prescriptions to check for any possible interactions. Your therapy will be customised to your needs and closely monitored to ensure it remains safe and effective at all times.
Low testosterone can present in many ways, including fatigue, reduced libido, low mood, poor focus, sleep problems, muscle loss, and weight gain. As symptoms vary widely, they can sometimes be overlooked.
You can quickly check for possible signs using our ADAM assessment, which takes under 20 seconds to complete.
Please note: a blood test is required to confirm testosterone levels. This can be arranged via our booking page, or if you’ve had one done within the last six months, you may use those results when booking a consultation.
Testosterone therapy can lead to more energy, better sleep, improved mood, stronger libido, and an overall uplift in quality of life. Many men report noticeable improvements in their health and daily functioning once their testosterone levels are balanced through TRT.
